What makes a good referee

I hate referee's I don't think any fans do but a good referee is that nobody knows of. If a referee makes a mistake basically every fan finds out their name where as if it is just a normal game with no headlines no one finds out the referee's name. So from OPTA stats the worst referee in the premier league is Martin Clattenburg is the by far the worst. It works by having their name in the headlines and second is Howard Webb.
