In the whole of the tansfer markets Arsene Wenger has been as tight as Jessie J tights with money but why all of a sudden he starts spending? Arsene Wenger wants to make an point to Arsenal star striker Van Persie that they are the top boys and he will sign big players to make him stay. Podoski and Grioud have already signed and now with Dzagoev looking to sign and many others will Arsenal be the summers bug money spenders?
