Finally a story that goes on every summer that really annoys me. But finally City want to get the striker for £20 million and Carlos Tevez in the deal. Many people have said that who can afford Tevez's wage but according to Opta he is one £150,000 a week! And Tevez is prepared to take a wage cut as he will be closer to home. Neymar has been a great player ever since he came through their youth system. But in 2010 West Ham nearly signed for a fee as cheap as £10 million but it was rejected from Santos and later on Chelsea got rejected a £20 million for him.
