I know this is premier league news but we like the international tournament as well! So England went in to the game needing to win and to better France's game so they didn't face the best team in the world Spain. Early into the game Ukraine dominated it. But just at the start of the second half a good ball from Gerrard to Rooney got his first goal in a major tournament since 2004.

But when you thought it was it Ukraine went forward and had a one and one and it deflected off Joe Hart in to the goal and then Terry acrobatically got off the goal line and when I was saying " do it for England Terry!" But I saw the ball went over the line but England finally deserved some luck after the Germany goal! But England hung on for the win but just after the game England fans found out that France lost to Sweden and we topped the group and now we face Italy on Sunday!
