a very important phone call

Today Liverpool's owners have announced that they will get a phone call about extending Anfield or building a new ground. They said early this morning "the development  of it is working well and we will get a phone call today about it". Many fans want to stay at Anfield but they do understand if they want to move to Stanley Park. But the capacity  will be 65,000 if they build a new one and that will cost £300 million with a under ground car park by the ground.  By the way dont listen to the old plans instead the new owners want a ground like Celtics's ground just basic and cheap and nice.
