This upcoming week Liverpool are on the verge of signing two midfielders. They are Joe Allen for £15 million and Gaston Ramierez as it stands Ramierez's agent is talking to Liverpool fc about a move there. Two weeks ago Rodgers ruled out a move for him but now the deal is back on. Liverpool are the favourites now to sign him. The fee would be £15.8 million. He plays any where in midfield and wing. He is counted as the new "Gerrard" from my point of view. Now Joe Allen has talked to Liverpool but he wont sign while the Olympics are on. Liverpool can only sign him if Tottenham make a bid and they have of £10million but they wont sign him because Swansea have rejected the offer. Rodgers made an gentleman agreement with Swansea that he cant poach his former players unless they hand in a transfer request or some one else bids for them. What a midfield Allen and Ramierez!
