Butland to the Premier League?

Metro: Red or red devil?
It has been a good year for Birmingham goalkeeper, Jack Butland! Made his first England cap was the goalkeeper for Great Britain in the Olympics and now has become a great goalkeeper overall and now Premier League clubs are now interested. Liverpool are now the favourites as Sky Sources believe he is in talks with Liverpool. Everton were about to sign him in the Summer Transfer window for £6 million. But the deal broke through. Because of the finical problems at Birmingham the Premier League clubs interested want him for a cheaper price but Manager Lee Clark has said to the media " He is not for sale". " He is under contract and he will only leave for the right price". Liverpool want to bring in a new keeper to put pressure on Spanish keeper, Pepe Reina. But with the Europa League and the Fa Cup coming up in February Jack Bultland has a lot of games to play if he signs. Plus Liverpool want English talent. The Premier League give bonuses out for clubs who play a lot of English players. And with him and Sturridge nearly a red so can Tom Ince. Birmingham City have to sell Butland as to avoid administration. It is vital that they sell him.
