I know he is not driving but Japan winger Honda has been linked with London club QPR for a fee around £12 million and CSKA Moscow are fine of him leaving when they got many replacements for him like Downing from Liverpool. Honda has been linked to the prem ever since the world cup in 2010 for his great performances there. After 5 greats seasons in Russia QPR can offer the winger up to £80,000 a week on wage and the bonus of 25% for every assists and goal that he does so that is very hard to turn down. I know QPR were nearly relegated last season but they are ready to spend big to be at the top probably around a top 10th finish wouldn't do to badly!
