The end

Everton are in talks with Birmingham over a last ditch deal to sign goalkeeper Jack Butland.
The 19-year-old, who spent last season on-loan at League Two Cheltenham, shot to prominence after being called up by England boss Roy Hodgson for Euro 2012.
Butland did not feature in Poland and Ukraine, but he did play 45 minutes of the recent friendly with Italy as well as playing for Team GB at the London Olympics - all before making his Birmingham debut.
The Bristol-born youngster has been earmarked by Blues boss Lee Clark as his number one this season and he has started all three of their league games so far.
However, Sky Sports understands Everton boss David Moyes is keen to bring the young shot-stopper to Merseyside.
It is believed the Toffees have made an offer in the region of £6million for Butland, to be paid in instalments.
If he does sign on the dotted line Butland would become Everton's fifth signing of a busy summer, following Steven Naismith, Steven Pienaar, Kevin Marillas and Bryan Oviedo into Goodison Park.
