Allen would be a very important signing fro Liverpool ever since Xabi Alonso left to Real Madrid.Liverpool have struggled in midfield ever since he left and will be a vital signing this year for Liverpool's targets in the League. But this is not about the price tag but it is more important about his wage and personal terms. But this means whoever wants him more is better off next season.
