Oscar has played for all the teams in the Brazil international form u17 to the senior team. Oscar was a traget for former Chelsea manager, Villas Boas, but when Chelsea get his wallet out you can not reject. With great finishing and silky play he is one of the most uniquest kids that Ive ever seen. Last night he had a medical at Stamford Bridge buthe is there because h is in the Brazil for the Olympics.
