Chelsea to sign Madrid striker?

Today according to the Daily Mirror Chelsea want injury prone Real Madrid striker Higuain. Higuain fits in well to the new way that Roberto Di Matteo plays with good finishing and can set an attack off in one second. He has decided Di Matteo that we wont go back to the strong powerful way instead the small and silky way. Higuain is a good player but he is far to injury prone and he wont survive in the physical side of the Premier League.
Real Madrid want £20million but Chelsea will only want to £14million because he has ha a rough couple of years in the League. He is also know to bottle it at the big moments such as when he missed a sitter against Lyon in the Champions League quarter final in the end they drew 1-1 and Lyon went through 2-1! But on his day Higuain can play and score like one of the best players in the world. He has been linked many times to the Premier League but I have just got a feeling that it could happen this year.
