Manchester City have said that they have to sell before they buy their big signings. City have to get the wage bill down because the new fair play rules launched by Fifa. But they might have to get rid of Carlos Tevez now because Ac Milan are offering a good price for the striker and his wage is huge so they could sell him for a cheaper and younger striker like Higuain and might not play golf all of the time!
But they need to sell a lot of their dead wood like Rooque Santa Cruz,Wayne Bridge,Dzeko,Kolo Toure and Lescott. altogether I think they could raise up to £50million and then their £50million so £100million could get them 4 £25million players or 2 £50million players.
